Maa Narmada Ghat


 Gwarighat, a small and Religious Place located on the banks of the flourishing river Narmada, has become a popular tourist attraction today. This little town is a must-visit for all those planning a visit to Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. Especially, the followers of Sikhism make sure to visit this place in Jabalpur as it has a holy significance for them. Even the followers of Sai Baba make it a point to visit the Gwarighat, Jabalpur owing to many reasons. Unlike other ghats in India, this ghat is not as crowded and during most parts of the year, you can even travel to this ghat to experience a peace of mind. During the evenings the entire ghat area transforms into a picture book setting as diyas and lamps light up around the river banks for the evening Aarti. This arti gives a similar feel like the Ganga Aarti in Haridwar.

Bargi Dam Rani Avanti Bai Sagar Pariyojana Hydel Power Plant is situated near a small village BUOURA, BARGI It is 54 km from JABALPUR (M.P). This power plant is made on BARGI DAM which is established on river NARMADA which is the largest river in (M.P), flowing towards the west and falling in the ARABIAN SEA.
